Cleanest Gay Bar in Detroit

Other than being the cleanest it seems to be the friendliest. Older line dancer here who goes there every Thursday for the CW line dancing with DJ Eric. Need more participation. No instructor but some are willing to teach some good beginner dances. Just laid back and low key....bartenders Johnathon and Jay are the nicest and most courteous I've seen in many, many years at the bars. Join our little group on Thursdays.

They know how to treat you right!

Stopped in early on Monday night. not really anyone there. I'm a 47 y/o heavy set guy from out of town. The two bartenders were very friendly and always wanted to make sure I had what I needed. Wish I would of went there Sunday night instead of where I went.

Mostly younger crowd, white boys, "ok" music.

This is definitely a bar that's best night (competing with Gold Coast and also offering a totally different atmosphere) is Tuesday nights. This bar has good drink specials on Tuesdays, the crowd is mostly younger white guys, and pretty much a place to go to hang out with friends and bare witness to their "BOOTY CONTEST." This bar has a dancefloor that gets busy sometimes but it depends on the song. The club is a little bit on the "brighter" side of style and is decorated very nicely. The staff here is very nice and courteous and you can also find the gay owner on any given night out there mingling/meeting people (bigger older guy named Bill.) Go here for something light-hearted and innocent. The music is definitely Top 40. As it is down the road from Gold Coast, (bad area if not familiar with it) please take advantage of the two parking lots (directly across the street and in the entrance to the club) in which you can tip the "guards/security/parking lot watchers" to keep an eye out for your vehicle and well being. 18 and up club, best night Tuesday and then Friday.
