Terrible food and staff

I've gone to prontos several times, both for dinner and drinks. Each time I get even more dissappointed. Food was brought out cold, table was filthy. Then went to the bar side and waited 15 minutes for someone to finally stop flirting with the younger patrons and make us drinks. The attitude of the barside staff stinks. Only one who didn't have an attitude was a guy named chad. Other then that was a waste of my time and money

WAY TO LOUD and charged me for more than what I consumed

I was having a good time until 10pm when they cranked up the volume. I found myself not able to listen my friend across from me (1ft appart) Do not use credit cards to pay bill, it is the third time they charged me more than what I consumed and they did not believe me. Later on I found the bartender charged 10 more on tip.

Too Old!

Beyond the restauarnt side of Pronto is the bar area which caters to the gay community. If you're looking for an older crowd - you've hit the jackpot. If you're younger and looking for a younger crowd keep looking. I was disappointed - I was hoping to find a younger crowd or at least a mix of ages. All I found was an older crowd of guys who persisted to stare at anything young that walked in the door. It could be a great neighborhood stop if management would take steps to modernize. It's a place stuck in time that shows no sign of moving forward. From its' music and video selection to lack of theme nights, Pronto will grow old like most of its patrons.
