Film Screening of "The Universe of Keith Haring"

Learn more about the brief but meteoric career of artist Keith Haring in this documentary film by Christina Clausen. The film explores the legacy of Haring’s playful style, political messages, and complex symbolism through archival footage, original interviews with the artists, and personal accounts by friends and contemporaries. Film screenings are held in Cranbrook Art Museum’s deSalle Auditorium, are free to ArtMembers and all students with identification (and included with Museum admission for the general public!)
