On April 16, 2016, three friends found themselves in Lima, Peru. There, they took it upon themselves to make every meal they ate to be a memorable one; whether it be one of the leading restaurants of the world, or just a cinderblock hole-in-the-wall dishing out ceviche. At each restaurant they ate in (except for that one garbage sushi joint that just had bruised avocado and spicy mayo on everything...), their perceptions of South American cuisine had been completely shaken. It was an incredible experience, and after weeks of planning they finally are ready to showcase what they have learned in their short time there.

Tickets are transferrable with notice, they are not refundable.
Due to the scale and complexity of this, dinner there will be no substitutions for this dinner and allergies cannot be accomadated for. Poultry, fish, shellfish, and beef will be served. Soy and bread will be available to guests.
